Lupe Cornejo, 2021 LifeSupportM.org Mentee, has been accepted to Columbia University in New York for a Graduate Degree in Sustainability.

Santa Rosa JC Fire Academy Class 99 paying it forward with scholarship fund to help future academy recruits.

Their goal is to raise $10,000 to support the next generation of young women and men firefighters that go through the SRJC Fire Academy Program.

As I am in my final week in Peru, I can confidently say the time has certainly flown by.

After a little over a week in Cusco, I have found that I love it.

As of today, September 19th, I have only four more days in Mexico until I fly to Peru.

This adventure, so far, was everything and nothing from what I expected.

The day has arrived. I have taken my first step to a grand adventure.

Two weeks in Tecate, Mexico, building homes and helping in the kitchen (La Cocina).

We all come into the world with different abilities – but the question is, in what ways can we use them best?

Each time we go on a house building mission to Mexico, Jeff and I reflect on how grateful we are to be able to be of service.
